新学(xue)期伊始召开的家长会俨然(ran)已成为(wei)上实(shi)开学(xue)初必做的功课,旨在更好地达(da)到家校(xiao)(xiao)共育的目的,让家长们深(shen)入了解学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)新学(xue)期主要工作,明确各学(xue)科学(xue)业(ye)要求。上实(shi)国际部(浦西(xi)校(xiao)(xiao)区)于9月(yue)16日(ri)、17日(ri)分别召开了二(er)至四年级(ji)的(de)线(xian)上(shang)家长会和(he)一、五年级(ji)的(de)线(xian)下家长会。

It is a must to hold parents' meeting at the beginning of each semester. It aims to better achieve the purpose of home-school co-education, make parents deeply understand the main work of the school in the new semester and clarify the academic requirements of different subjects. The online(G2~4) and offline(G1,G5) parents’ meeting were held on September 16 and 17, respectively.

《记(ji)录上实》纪录片拉(la)开了(le)家长会的序幕(mu),家长们在影(ying)(ying)片中(zhong)看到了(le)孩子们活(huo)泼(po)的身影(ying)(ying),也看到了(le)老(lao)师(shi)们忙碌而充实的身影(ying)(ying)。通过视(shi)频,爸爸妈妈对孩子们的校园生活(huo)有了(le)更直观、具体的认(ren)识。

At first, parents watched SESID Documentary, in which they saw the lively and busy figure of children and teachers. Through the video, parents have a more intuitive and specific understanding of children's campus life.

小(xiao)学国际(ji)部主任傅筠(yun)老师(shi)做(zuo)了新学期讲话(hua),围(wei)绕(rao)“减负增(zeng)效的(de)实验研究”这一命(ming)题,傅老师(shi)介绍了学校(xiao)在各个层面采取的(de)应对(dui)(dui)方法。教(jiao)研组(zu)(zu)长层面、各教(jiao)研组(zu)(zu)、备课组(zu)(zu)在充分的(de)讨论后,根据各学科特(te)(te)点、年段特(te)(te)点、教(jiao)材特(te)(te)点,对(dui)(dui)学习内容做(zuo)了细(xi)致地探讨、整合。针(zhen)对(dui)(dui)孩(hai)子课外(wai)生活(huo),提倡进行(xing)体育锻炼、家务劳动(dong),以丰富课余生活(huo),提升(sheng)综(zong)合素养,全面发展(zhan)。此外(wai),针(zhen)对(dui)(dui)学校(xiao)特(te)(te)色(se)课程、校(xiao)车、食堂等后勤工作也进行(xing)了逐一讲解。

Ms. Fu Yun, director of SESID, made a speech in the new semester. Focusing on the research topic "Reducing burden and increasing efficiency", Ms. Fu introduced the coping methods adopted by the school at all levels. After full discussion in teaching teams, the learning contents are discussed and analyzed in details according to the characteristics of various subjects, learning ages and teaching materials. We encourage kids to do more sports and housework to enrich their extracurricular life, and develop in an all-round way. In addition, school characteristic courses and the logistics work such as school bus and canteen were also explained one by one.

外教老师对ELA分层课程和STEM课(ke)(ke)程的(de)学(xue)(xue)习内容及要(yao)(yao)求进行(xing)了详细介绍;语数(shu)英老(lao)师(shi)也对各(ge)自(zi)所教科目的(de)内容及要(yao)(yao)求进行(xing)了讲解。各(ge)科老(lao)师(shi)认(ren)(ren)为:孩子(zi)们(men)学(xue)(xue)习的(de)主阵地在学(xue)(xue)校、在课(ke)(ke)堂,要(yao)(yao)让(rang)每(mei)一位(wei)孩子(zi)立足于课(ke)(ke)堂,精神饱满地完(wan)成课(ke)(ke)堂任务。要(yao)(yao)求每(mei)位(wei)同学(xue)(xue)做(zuo)到“认(ren)(ren)认(ren)(ren)真真听好每(mei)一堂课(ke)(ke),认(ren)(ren)认(ren)(ren)真真完(wan)成每(mei)一份(fen)作业”。

Foreign teachers introduced the learning contents and requirements of ELA course and Stem course in details; Chinese teachers also explained their requirements. Teachers all believe that we should increase the learning efficiency in each class at school. Each student is required to "listen to each class and complete each assignment carefully".

五(wu)(wu)年级(ji)同(tong)学(xue)(xue)即(ji)将面临小升(sheng)初的(de)(de)(de)择校,校党委副书记陈慧老师给五(wu)(wu)年级(ji)全(quan)体家长(zhang)(zhang)们(men)进行(xing)了(le)小升(sheng)初的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)学(xue)(xue)指导,介(jie)绍(shao)(shao)了(le)上(shang)实初中(zhong)国际(ji)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)学(xue)(xue)流程、课程架构(gou)、师资情况(kuang)和初高学(xue)(xue)段贯通等(deng)内容。五(wu)(wu)年级(ji)班主任老师还特邀(yao)了(le)已经前往上(shang)实中(zhong)学(xue)(xue)国际(ji)部(bu)就读的(de)(de)(de)学(xue)(xue)长(zhang)(zhang)和妈妈们(men)来(lai)到家长(zhang)(zhang)会现(xian)场(chang),向家长(zhang)(zhang)们(men)介(jie)绍(shao)(shao)初中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)学(xue)(xue)习生(sheng)活。通过小升(sheng)初的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)学(xue)(xue)指导介(jie)绍(shao)(shao),家长(zhang)(zhang)们(men)对孩子(zi)后续的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)学(xue)(xue)流程、初中(zhong)课程等(deng)有(you)了(le)更(geng)清晰的(de)(de)(de)认识(shi),也对未来(lai)孩子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)学(xue)(xue)路线和规划有(you)了(le)更(geng)多思考。

Fifth graders are about to face the choice of school. Mr. Chen Hui, deputy secretary of SES, gave a guidance to the parents. He introduced the entrance process curriculum structure, teaching teams and the connection between junior and senior high school. Seniors and parent representatives were also invited to share the learning life at middle school. Through the sharing, parents have a clearer understanding of the entrance process, curriculum structure, and have more thoughts on planning future study.

线上、线下的家(jia)长(zhang)会(hui)构筑了一座家(jia)校沟(gou)通的桥梁。通过这(zhei)座桥梁,家(jia)长(zhang)能够更(geng)深(shen)入地了解(jie)学校各方面的工作。家(jia)校携(xie)手(shou),共促(cu)学生快(kuai)乐(le)成长(zhang)。

Online and offline parent meetings build a bridge between home and school, through which parents can have a deeper understanding of all aspects of work at school. We will work together to promote the happy growth of students.
